Wife of president supports Zamfara less privileged with N2m

Buhari described the initiative as a good way of improving the well being of women and children in the state.

Wife of the president, Hajiya Aisha Buhari on Saturday donated the sum of N2 million to a Non Governmental Organisation (NGO) working for the less privileged in Zamfara.

The donation was presented by wife of Kebbi state governor, Hajiya Zainab Bagudu, who represented Mrs. Buhari at the launch of the NGO, Himma Community Health Circle Initiative (H-COHEIC).

The NGO was founded by the daughter of Zamfara state governor, Hajiya Zainab Yari.

She commended UNICEF and other partner NGOs and community based organisations for joining hands with H-COHEIC in order to bring succor to the poor and less privileged.
