Bad breath can also be made worse by the types of foods you eat and other unhealthy lifestyle habits. Onions or Garlic can also cause bad breath and if bad breath isn't controlled/tackled then e have an embarrassing stuations. It gets funny when we have to interact with people and we get conscious or people get uncomfortable around us; some are nice enough to tell you-depending on your relationship but mot wont and would rather make jokes behind your back...
Some habits cause bad breath; if you don't brush daily, floss daily you stand a greater chance, smoking or chewing tobacco products also contributes to it.
So also odour causing bacteria and food particles are also key contributors...dry mouth, some medications and some tract infections. Sometimes they are actually a sign of a disease/illness
So how do we tackle this?
1. Brushing and flossing twice a day to get rid of trapped food
2. Water helps, drink lots of water
3. Clean yout tongue; after brushing or with a tongue cleaner
4. Suckk on mint, chewing gum it stimulates saliva production...
5. Check your food...you should watch out for garlics and onions
6. Rinse your mouth after eating
7.Go green; eat mint leaves/parsley
8. Fruits high in Vit. C
