The Jamaican sprinter nicknamed Lightning Bolt is quite simply the fastest man alive. He nabbed an unprecedented “triple-double” at the 2012 Summer Olympics by winning gold in the same three events (the 100-metre sprint, 200-metre sprint and 4x100 relay, which he anchored for the Jamaican’s winning team) at both Beijing and London.

2. He is a rich, rich man. Just 26 years old, he has a personal net worth estimated at between $20 and $30 million thanks to lucrative endorsement deals with Puma, SOUL Electronics, Swiss watchmaker Hublot, Gatorade, Virgin Media and other companies. No doubt, that will grow exponentially after his performance at the London Olympics.
3. He has all the confidence in the world. At a news conference after he won the 200-metre sprint in just 19.32 seconds, he proclaimed that he now belongs in the same category as legends like Mohammad Ali and Michael Jordan. Cocky? Maybe. Is he right? Absolutely.
4. He knows how to have a good time. After the Olympics wrapped, he was seen at some of London’s trendiest nightclubs, showing off his DJ skills and partying with actor Jason Statham and teammate Yohan Blake, reportedly till 6 a.m.
5. Not satisfied to sit back and rest on his laurels, he’s now considering an offer to play cricket for the Melbourne Stars in the Twenty20 Big Bash League.

7. He is a humanitarian, having created the Usain Bolt Foundation “to enhance the character of children through educational and cultural development as they live their dreams.”
8. He looks very, very good in a suit. He looks very, very good in everything.
9. He’s available. Until recently, he was romantically linked to Slovakian-born fashion designer Lubica Slovak, but he broke it off to concentrate on the Olympics (though some say he broke it off because he’d grown tired of people criticizing him for dating a white woman).
10. He’s a romantic, recently telling the UK’s Telegraph, “For me it’s all about falling in love. If I could find the right girl it wouldn’t matter what she did. But I’m looking forward to it.”
