The Met Gala is the IT event for the fashion industry; it can be aptly described as the the Oscars of the fashion industry. The 2014 edition of the annual fund raising gala came up yesterday, 5th May in New York and a lot of celebrities came in their century's best.

As usual fashion statements were stamped on the red carpet, some blew our mind and some got us debating/cussing, oh well!
In the end, Pulse Jury's Oona and Joan went with Rihanna in Stella McCartney crop top with a flowing skirt as best dressed (somehow they missed the no-bra memo+crop top and skirt at a white tie gala but its fine, the bad girl wins!)
