How long should it take before sex is added into the mix of a new relationship. Men have always been thrown under the bus for always wanting sex.
The time to have the first sex doesn’t really affect anything in the grand scheme of things, but in our culture that holds sex in high esteem. Any form of copulation that that isn’t at least few months old might be regarded as too early for Nigerians.
If you ask some people, a make-out session can only occur after the fourth date, and that’s just a kiss, maybe with a little tongue, and with hands on the waist, no funny business like hands on ass or groping the boobs.
That’s our culture for you but in other parts of the world, Dr. Ed, a health website carried out a survey among 1,000 Americans and 1,000 Europeans who have diverse sexual orientation, they were quizzed on how quickly they start having sex, reports Danielle de la Bastide, Loaded.
Among straight couples, between a week and a month was what 45 percent of the respondents said. So, it’s safe to say that on the third week mark of your relationship, sex can be introduced. Within the same sexual orientation, just about 18% said they got it over and done in less than a week. No time for the mind games, just get it over and done with.
In terms of one-night stands, which we often do a lot of here, but nobody owns up to. It’s all fun and games until you look at how much fun each person gets when this happens. 64% of men have ended up with orgasm during these sudden fun night out while only 11% of women get to climax, which is actually awful. Guys have to do a better job of getting the ladies to the finishing lines as well.
As for Africans, a quick survey revealed that before sex can happen, you should be dating the person for at least 3 months. We’re not just that into getting it all too sudden, men are scum, remember?
