Woman attacked by lover for refusing to abort baby puts to bed

A young lady who was severely injured by her lover after she refused to abort his baby has been delivered of a baby boy.

Justina Dusu is now a happy mother

Dusu was lucky to survive the brutal attack by Luka but her older sister, Simi, was not that lucky after Luka invited them to his house in the Sabon Gari, Tudun Wada of Jos, Plateau State on July 27, 2016, and hacked them with a machete.

Plateau News reports that Dusu was delivered of the boy at a private hospital and though she is happy at his arrival, she is still nursing the injuries the demented Luka inflicted on her while still mourning the death of her sister at the hands of the man she once loved.

“I have put to bed and I am very happy; I love my child so much in spite of what happened. He is innocent and I cannot extend my anger to him.

I have put the past behind me. I don’t want to remember the horrible things that happened to me and my sister. When I look at my child, I feel happy.

I have forgiven Luka over what he did to me and my sister, but I need justice. Justice must be served and he must be punished for his actions.

He humiliated me and my family and I can’t take it. He must be punished,” she said.

Luka who is currently facing charges of murder, attempted murder, assault and sexual abuse at a Jos High Court, had allegedly slaughtered the then pregnant Justina's elder sister after she insisted that he takes responsibility for getting the lady pregnant.

It was gathered that the suspect had murdered Simi after Justina had informed that she was two-months pregnant and that Luka was responsible.

Luka had, however, suggested an abortion, an idea Justina and her sister flatly rejected. An angry Luka was said to have lost his cool and used a machete to attack both sisters, resulting in Simi’s death, while Justina lost her left eye in addition to severe injuries on her body.
