Welcome Dearie! DJ Lambo Joins Team M.I

Lyrical juggernaut M.I just made a new addition to Loopy Records, his weapon-house of rap entertainment. And her name is DJ Lambo.

Christened Olawunmi Okerayi, DJ Lambo launched her professional career as an OAP in Ray Power 100.5 FM. She later shifted her work to Rhythm 94.7 FM and Love FM in Abuja, before making the huge step to switch to a higher calling; switching the turntables.

She is currently the official Disc Jockey of M.I and she occasionally gets to do her thing for Chocolate City’s DJ Caise. Her sound style is a motley brew of house, techno, Afro pop and Hip-hop. She seems to know her tables, as evidenced by her recent nomination for the best African female DJ at the African Global DJ Awards 2012.

Loopy Music is also home to Ruby, Threadstone and Loose Kaynon.
