Tongue In Cheek: Darey Denies Kim Kardashian $500,000 Payment Fee

Even Thou, O Darey…

Singer Darey Art Alade finally has released an official response to rumours of his massive payment of $500,000 to Kim Kardashian for her appearance at his Valentine Day’s ‘Love like a movie’ concert.

Speaking on Showtime, when asked about the rumours, the former Cool FM presenter just took the answer in his stride, “It was all rumour, but I enjoyed while it lasted.”

Always one for the debonair, Darey also declined to announce the actual fee paid to Kardashian for her 45-minute cameo at the concert. After the event, subsequent rumours of her alleged payment fee went viral, which sparked a storm of vitriol, criticism and opinionated views.

Not fair Darey, not fair.
