The Kaduna governorship aspirant posted a photo titled “Litany of Confusion” on Twitter and through it depicts some of the problems Nigeria is dealing with.
El-Rufai tweeted: “Sad state of a nation”
The picture addresses the purported ceasefire between the Nigerian government and Boko Haram, the alleged killing of the sect’s leader, Abubakar Shekau and the continued captivity of the abducted Chibok girls.
