Justin Bieber's DUI Charges Could Be Dropped

The singer is expected to plead no contest to Miami Beach DUI case!

Sorry Chris Brown, Justin Bieber may not be joining you in jail after all. The young star is allegedly about to score the perfect plea deal in his Miami Beach DUI case.

According to TMZ, prosecutors have backed off the DUI, resisting arrest and driving without a license charges, and they are working out a deal with Bieber's lawyers for the singer to plead no contest to reckless driving. The 3 charges will be dropped automatically.

Most importantly, prosecutors have backed off  something Bieber's lawyers would NEVER agree to for obvious reasons.

However, the singer would not be entirely free. He would be placed on probation and ts likely for one year which means he'd have to keep his nose clean – no sniffing of drugs!Reports claim  the deal could be finalized in days.
