Miley Cyrus Sued Because Of Her Tongue!

Bangerz babe, Miley Cyrus has been sued because her tongue-sticking swag finally pissed off the wrong person.

A stage developer, Charles Nicholas Sarris is filing a lawsuit against ShowFx Inc – the Los Angeles equipment supply company Miley hired to make the giant novelty tongue slide for her Bangerz Tour last month.

According to Sarris he was hired to assist in the slide construction, and last month, he was badly injured on the job - after the equipment and tools provided to him failed, causing him to fall and hurt himself bad.

Now he is claiming ShowFx failed to warn him about the possible dangers involved. He is asking unspecified damages, according to TMZ.
