Woman asks court to dissolve marriage with husband

Ruling on the matter, the court president, Mr Phillip Williams, advised the couple to find a way to make reconciliation.

Divorce request.

According to Grace, her husband had been hostile towards her ever since he lost his job.

She claimed that they often engage in arguments and incessant quarrel which ends up with so much beating.

“Since he lost his job, he had become aggressive, and showed no more love to me and the children."

“I made several efforts to resolve issues between us but yielded no positive results,’’ she said.

In his ruling, Mr Phillip Williams, the President of the court advised the couple to seek ways to reconcile with each other.

That might proof difficult, the defendant was not present at the court during the ruling.
