Leonardo DiCaprio's Film Sued For Telling Lies!

The Oscar nominated actor reacts with another suit asking the court to dismiss such claims.

Leonardo DiCaprio has a new film coming up based on a true life story titled, "Out Of The Furnace," starring Christian Bale, Zoe Saldana and many others but the film may not see the light of day if the community the film is based on keeps on calling the production a Big Fat Lie!

17 members of the Ramapough Lunaape Nation – a tribe in the Ramapo Mountains of New Jersey – think DiCaprio's film company defamed them by calling them "inbreds" in the movie. So they filed a lawsuit claiming the movie also made them look like some murderous, drug addicted scofflaws.

The tribe's beef - the villain of the movie, Harlan DeGroat, played by Woody Harrelson, shares the last name of some of them and they believe they're the target of the flick's disparaging references.

Now the Oscar nominated actor believes the guys he tried to portray their lives in his film may not be "inbreds" but they were stupid to sue him. He's now retaliating by counter-suing and asking a judge to dismiss the claims. DiCaprio's company claims the law - specifically the First Amendment - allows them to portray criminal gangs in movies and goes on to point out that there's a rich history of movies depicting various groups such as: "The Godfather" portrayed Italian gangs, "The Departed" showed Irish gangs, and, one of the world's favorite, "Once Upon a Time In America" features a Jewish Gang.

So there's no claim for them acting what truly happened. Guys what do you think of this? A true life story becomes a big lie on screen!
