Kimye Paris Wedding May Not Hold Because They Are Not French Residents!

Unless both or one of them have lived in France for 40 days prior to the wedding, it will not be allowed.

Ca C'est ne pas possible!

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's huge Parisian wedding plans may have to change just a month before its scheduled to hold. The French law requires a 40-day residency requirement prior to ANY wedding …which none of them don't seem to have!

According to Radar Online, The French Embassy in Washington D.C. further advised:

"All marriages must be performed by a French civil authority before any religious ceremony takes place. The mayor can authorize the deputy mayor or a city councilor to perform the ceremony in the town in which one of the parties to be married has resided for at least 40 days preceding the marriage. These requirements CANNOT be waived."

A Kardashian source confirms that,

"Kim and Kanye were unaware until recently that France required a residency requirement prior to the marriage. Kanye has an apartment in Paris, but he doesn’t live there full-time."

If the wedding is to hold on May 24, will Kanye or Kim have to go and live in Kanye's Paris apartment for 40 days so that wedding can take place as scheduled?

Guys, what do you advise the couple should do at this point?
