When news of comedian, Julius Agwu's gubernatorial ambition broke, reactions were mixed ranging from surprise to doubt.

However for the mother of the 'Crack Ya Ribs' comedian, it was completely sad news, enough to even warrant tears. During a visit to Pulse, the actor revealed that his mother had called him saying she'd heard rumours that he intended to run for governor.
