Word has been revealed that Jago’s new project will be released in August but one thing strikes us as weird; his revelation that no other artiste will feature on his next album. No foreign acts, no upcoming lyrical hopeful, no superstar heavyweight, and the most intriguing, no Chocolate City rapper.

2013 we love you. So many albums, so many rocking extravagantly banging tunes. But we are not done yet, are we? Of course not!
According to Jesse, “I feel like I’ve gone like three steps higher musically, so for now it’s just about me. I don’t know about features for now”. Whether that decision will also exclude his Chocolate City family from the project, time will tell.
Goodluck Mr. Jags, but know this: the well-trodden road to artist-label catfights is messy, inhospitable, and very public. Hoping you skip that path.
