Teenager docked for raping two-year-old girl

For Lucky Omobuaw, the prison may well be his abode in the next few days after he was caught and dragged to the court for raping a 2-year-old girl.

An 18-year-old man, Lucky Omobuaw, is now in the dock at the Magistrate Court in Ajugenle, lagos State, for allegedly raping a 2-year-old daughter of his neighbour.

Omobuaw who hails from Delta State, committed the offence on the Tuesday, November 18, when the girl's mother had gone to collect her Permanent Voter Card, leaving the baby with her siblings in their Baale Street, Era Town, Ijanikin home.

That was when the devil in Lucky reared its head and he took the toddler to his room and defiled her.

However, luck ran out Lucky Omobuaw when the girl's father, Anthony Aniebue, came back from his office and asked for her whereabouts. He was informed that she was in 'brother' Lucky's room. On getting to the room, the father found the door locked, raising suspicions in his mind.
