5-yr-old boy fights for his life after rape by 25-yr-old man

The incident is reported to have taken place at the Alakuko area of Lagos State.

News reports reveal that a 5-yr-old boy is presently fighting for his life at a private hospital after being raped by a 25-yr-old woman.

The 5-yr-old boy, whose name has been withheld, is reported to have been playing with his friends before the alleged suspect bribed him with a pack of biscuit before taking him home and raping him.

Neighbours were said to have been attracted by the little boy's cries, and upon reaching the scene of the incident had seen blood on his pant.

Upon closer investigation, it had been discovered that the little boys anus was gushing blood following the assualt.

When asked what had caused the bleeding, the boy had reported named the suspect, which had in turn led to his arrest.

Mr. Fatai Owoseni, The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, confirmed the incident saying that the case had been transferred to the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS, Ikeja.
