Man dies in a bid to rescue wife from burning car [Photos]

Wuxi TV Station reports that the couple’s minivan had immediately gone up in flames after it had collided with a car on the streets of eastern China’s Wuxi city, Jiangsu Province.

The man, believed to be in his 50s, had reportedly pushed his wife out of the car to safety while he had remained stuck inside.

The driver's seat of the minivan had reportedly been damaged from the collision, which had trapped him in the vehicle, causing him to lose his life.

The reports reveal that the firefighters had arrived too late to put out the fire and do anything to save the victims life.
