46-yr-old landlord nabbed for raping 10 yr-old girl in Abuja

A 46-year-old landlord has been nabbed for allegedly raping a 10-year-old daughter of his tenants.

Rape must be wiped out at all cost

A 46-year-old man identified as Sunday, has been arrested by police attached to the Kwali Divisional Police in the Kwali Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory, for allegedly raping a 10-year-old daughter of his tenant at Bonugo village.

It was gathered that the landlord took advantage of the absence of the girls' parents and lured her into his room where he sexually defiled her and warned her not to tell anyone what he had done to her or he would kill her.

But the bubble burst when the girl's parents came back and noticed that she could not walk properly due to bruises she sustained in her private part, and when she was questioned, she explained that it was the landlord who defiled her.

The parents reported the matter at the Police Division and the randy landlord was arrested while the girl was taken for a medical examination and it turned out that she had been forcefully assaulted as her hymen was broken and she had tears in her private part.
