Oladunmoni who is facing a charge of child abuse, reportedly committed the offence on January 18, at his residence where he lives with the parents of the baby.
35-yr-old man in soup for poking his finger into 3-month-old baby's private part
A 35-year-old man has been arrested and charged to court for dipping his fingers into the private part of a 3-yr-old girl.
Man gets 1 month jail term.
According to to the prosecutor, Inspector Rita Momah, Oladunmoni viciously forced his finger into the baby’s private part, and when she was examined by a medical doctor, it was confirmed that she had been defiled.
Momah said the offence contravened Section 137 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011, and the said law prescribes life imprisonment for offenders of child rape.

However when the charge was read to Oladunmoni, he pleaded not guilty and the Magistrate, Mrs F. A. Adeeyo, granted him bail in the sum of N500,000, with two sureties in like sum, while she adjourned the case till March 14 for mention.
