Chris Brown Dodges LA To Become Virginia State Jail Candidate

Reports say Breezy will be getting a better shower hour in Virginia and more private space

Chris Brown finally got to Washington DC after a 5-day trek from California courtesy of Con-Air and the result – he's still heading to trial over a Washington DC assault case despite a strong fight from his legal team.

Well, the good news is, the singer won't do another 5 day trek back. He's been sent to the "Four Seasons" of jail – the Northern Neck Regional Jail in Virginia – which beats L.A jail by a country mile where he was locked up in solitary 23 hours a day.

An administrator with the jail confirmed yesterday that Breezy is currently an inmate and was also quick to say the singer won’t be getting special treatment.According to TMZ, Chris has been placed in limited general population with no restrictions - meaning he gets to enjoy all the amenities of the facility, including:- Daily showers- TV - Library- Telephone - Exercise- Meals in the cafeteriaWell, the downside is  he gets to circulate among the other inmates which we are hoping that none is a staunch Rihanna fan … you know what could possibly happen right?
