Mafikizolo And Diamond Platnumz Cooking Up A New Song

South and East Africa are about to meet at a certain point because music has to be created

After a successful hit with Nigerian pop star Davido - Tchelete - award winning South African music group Mafikizolo are now marching up to Tanzania to meet 2014 MAMA nominee Diamond Platnumz for a new record.

Even though there are no details yet as to what the song is about or who the producer is, photos of both artists have landed online which suggest it's actually going down.

In their acknowledgment speech for Song of the Year award at the MAMAs in Durban, Mafikizolo urged African artists to be united and create good music to help promote African music to the world. If words are to go by actions, then they are doing exactly what they preached!

Diamond also stands a strong force to reckon with in East Africa and his song with Davido has propelled his music career into the West of Africa.
