When we heard Bunmi was headed to Calabar for the next Delicious Naija episode, we knew it was about to be lit!

And lit it was… From history to culture to Edikang Ikong to Ekpang Nkukwo! This episode has too much good for us to enjoy alone.

Diana-Mary Owan first took Bunmi to get ‘baptised’ in with what some people might argue is the most popular Calabar soup: Edikang Ikong! Whether you’re eating it with rice or Semo, you’ve just learned the right way to spell it. Lol! If your Edikang Ikong doesn’t have as many ‘obstacles’, then you’re not doing it right o.

When it came down to the cooking in this episode, it was the husband, John Ojeka who showed us how to do it. You guys, you need to see this meal. Ekpang Nkukwo is the realest - you should see the seafood in it. Mouth-watering, ticket-to-Calabar-buying goodness! We’re going to make all the guys at Pulse give this recipe a go!
