To neatly and easily separate egg yokes from the albumen, you only need a plastic water bottle and a plate of saucer to place the egg in after cracking it.
How to:
1. Crack the egg and place it in a saucer or plate

2. Place the mouth of the bottle on the egg yoke
3. Press the middle of the bottle and release. The suction will draw the egg yoke into the bottle.
