How to make tomato sauce at home
There are many ways to prepare homemade tomato sauce but this one is the easiest.

If you are tired of packaged and store bought tomato sauce, here is how to make your own fresh sauce at home.
What you need:
- One tablespoon of olive oil

- Three cloves of finely chopped garlic
- Goo grams of tomatoes, diced
- One tablespoon of chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste

How to:
1. Put the oil in a saucepan on medium heat.
2. Saute the garlic for a minute.
3. Add in the chilli flakes and stir.
4. Add the tomatoes, mix and cook for some minutes.

5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
6. If you want very thick sauce, cook until almost all the liquid evaporates.
7. Use or store as desired.
