This meal is very easy to prepare and it is a very healthy meal.
Recommended articles
- Two large avocados, diced
-Two tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Chopped onions
- One tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
- One tablespoon of drained capers
- Few drops of Worcestershire sauce
- One handful of chopped parsley
- One tablespoon of mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to:
1. Mix the olive oil, onion, lemon juice, capers, parsley and mustard in a bowl.
2. Stir in Worcestershire sauce.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Gently fold in the avocados.
5. Serve as desired.
