It is not enough to have the right recipe, there are also a few tricks that help you get the best of your recipe.
When you are cooking or frying meat, here are three things you need to keep in mind:
1. Don't flip it too often:
If you turn meat too often when cooking it, it makes it lose its natural juices and crispy crust. Especially thin slices of meat, you may end up with dry and flavourless meat.
The flip side is that you must know when to turn the meat over. You can easily determine this by careful observation.
Tip: if you shake the frying pan and the meat slices slides easily, then you should turn it over.
2. Don't serve immediately:
Serving meat right after cooking it is wrong for several reasons. Take a little time to let cooked meat ’rest’ to ensures that you get the best possible texture and flavour.
3. Don't overcrowd the frying pan:
Cramming plenty meat into the frying pan at once may save time if you are too lazy to fry in many batches, but it ultimately affects the taste.
If you want your meat to be tender and juicy meat, make sure you leave enough space between the frying pieces.
