Ingredients

- Sweet potatoes
- Sweet corn
- Spring onions
- Pepper
- Green pepper
- Onions
- Green peas
- Carrot
- Fresh fish
- Olive oil
Preparation
- Peel and wash your sweet potatoes. Cut into desired shaped and boil with very little salt
- Wash and boil your fish
- Wash and peel off the body of the carrots and then dice into small cubes
- Chop your spring onions, cabbage, pepper, onions and green pepper
- Steam the carrots with water and a little oil for about 5 minutes. Add all your chopped vegetables and green peas and a little amount of salt/seasoning cube. Put in your sweet corn last and turn everything
- Shred your fish into the vegetables, steam for a few seconds and turn off the fire.
- Serve with boiled sweet potatoes
