Today kicks off the first day of the London collections Men 2016 and Nigeria’s own, contemporary menswear brand, Orange Culture is already setting up to showcase its SS17 Collection.
This season London Collections Men, will take place at the BFC Show Space, BFC Presentation Space and the Designer Showrooms, which will all be located at one central hub at 180 Strand, from today, the 10th of June till the 13th of June.
LCM strives to present the very best creative and design talent from around the world via an extensive schedule of shows, presentations, installations, dinners and parties. Orange Culture, owned by creative director, Adebayo Oke-Lawal, will be showcasing for the first time this year.
Orange Culture incorporates traditional tailoring techniques and is inspired by the rich environments, as Bayo describes the brand as ‘a movement rather than just a clothing line’.
Some of his achievements include a nomination for the LVMH Prize, an invitation from GQ Italia to present at Pitti Uomo in Florence, interest from BoF and Vogue, placing Orange Culture in their ‘Ones to Watch’ features.
