Rihanna's showstopping red carpet cape was designed for 2 years!

Bad girl RiRi chose a cape dress in emerald yellow for her red carpet appearance at the MET Gala, from the statement floral scrolls embroidered on the cape to the head dress, she made a show of the couture look that took a whooping two years to finish.

 

Rihanna stole the spotlight at the 2015 Met Gala that happened on May 4th 2015 in New York.

For the 'China: Through the Looking Glass' themed fashion event she chose a fur trimmed cape embroidered dress with  a sea of floral scrolls complete with a pearl headdress.

Rihanna revealed her couture look was designed by Guo Pei; an unknown Chinese designer who designed the cape dress for two years!

The pop star revealed she found the dress online while researching Chinese Couture . What do you think of the look to the ball? Love or loathe?
