Calvin Klein, is putting the spotlight on two youthful names that resonate with its millennial fan-base; fast rising model, Kendall Jenner and Canadian singer, Justin Bieber.
The New York-based brand has resumed its #mycalvins campaign, which features lean model Jenner and singer Bieber pose in the brand's functional underwear.
This time, the campaign focuses on the empowering effect of the lingerie, as Kendall is bold in hers, while 21-year-old Justin is leaving little to the imagination in his.
The huge campaign also features singer and dancer FKA Twigs, model Abbey Lee Kershaw and hip hop star Kendrick Lamar showing what they too can do in their Calvins.
Getting two of the most photographed and inspirational twenty something celebrities on the planet is a smart tactic by a brand whose new fan base has no idea how famous they were years ago.
However, those of us who remember the Calvin Klein movement in the early 1990s, including the desire for a pair of CK Jeans, the signing brings up memories of the brand’s evergreen, ‘hot’ campaign couple: Kate Moss and Mark Wahlberg.
Despite a faked chemistry back in 1992, between the models, according to when the pictures were shot in 1992. We’re certain Calvin Klein will get Kendall and Justin – the Kate and Marky Mark of the 21st Century – together.
