Weddings By Mai Atafo raises the ante for bridal showcase

Mai Atafo got the crowd cheering endless with the drama filled bridal presentation at Heineken Lagos Fashion & Design Week 2016.

Opening with two male models who had a choreographed walk down the runway, it was obvious the night was just getting started. Male models filed out in perfectly tailored suit in daring details paired with tapered pants- all the properly fitting pants on the models graced their ankles in an almost synchronized way.

Mai Atafo played with colours and texture in the collection taking on red, grey, black, teal, olive green, brown in velvet, damask and more details. Shortly after, models came out in pairs; a male and female wearing co-ord look before even more models in detailed suits filed out.

The third part of the happened when the male models appeared and singer Kaline got on the keyboard to serenade the crowd at this point the 'brides' filed out in the most dreamy way possible!

The long line of brides kept pouring out in all elegance until the 'real bride' came all out with detachable trains sending the crowd into a frenzy. It was unforgettable!

With Mai Atafo, there's always something creative to look forward to apart from throwing down a dramatic showcase and this year's LFDW wasn't any different, Mai Atafo is a designer who knows just how to go all out for a showcase and he brings it everytime!
