Custodian of Italian Cuisines is coming to the GTBank Food and Drink Fair
Chef Benedict will be at the GTBank Food and Drink Fair on the May 1, 2017 @ 2:30 pm to guide participants into the historical realms of Italian Culinary Art.
Having grown up in the ancient city of Florence, his career as a Chef, which began in 2013, has sought to preserve and promote the balance, freshness and simplicity with which Italians approach food.
His mantle of authority in the kitchen was handed to him by two great institutions: le Cordon Bleu Firenze (Scuola d’arte Culinaria Italiana), and Carpigiani Gelato University, Bologna.
