It was history in the making for those who attended, and a desired reality for all who dreamed for the day the Kuti brothers would grace one stage and perform.

It was history in the making for those who came to Eko Hotel and suits on Friday April 24, 2015 to witness the 2 Kings concert, and to witness reality for all who dreamed for the day the Kuti brothers would grace one stage and perform their hit songs alongside their various bands.

Simi, Adekunle Gold, Niniola, Ruby Gyang, Rayce, Oritse Femi, Black Magic, Lil Kesh, Tjan, others opened the stage with their various performances before Seun Kuti and his band came up to deliver a one and a half hour live performance to his newest songs off the forthcoming album.

Femi Kuti followed suit and entertained the crowd with amazing sounds from his sax and live band. The crowd were up on their feet all through the night.

The climax was when Seun joined his brother to perform one of their late father's song "Water no get enemy" and closed the show on that high note.
