Containing a double dose of antioxidants from the fruit and wine and just a touch of simple syrup, these three-ingredient popsicles deserve a spot on your regular dessert rotation.

While this recipe calls for cherries and Merlot, it’s got our wheels turning for countless other equally healthy, cocktail-inspired combos.

Such as blackberries and Pinot Noir, blueberries and Cabernet, peaches and Prosecco… go forth and experiment!

NOTE: you can easily double or triple the recipe for a party! Feel free to substitute mini paper cups for popsicle molds - just fill, cover with aluminum foil and insert stick through foil to hold in place.

1 ½ cups Ecco Domani Merlot
1 ½ cups fresh cherries, pitted
6 oz simple syrup
