As you must have noticed now, Dare2Dream is Nigeria’s most anticipated fashion reality show, having been around, creating opportunities for young Nigerian ladies since 2014.

Every single young lady who joins Dare2Dream will be given the opportunity to turn their swag up, develop their confidence, talents, values and principles while opening doors for them to build a career in fashion.

Powered by FCMB Flexx, the bank account for ambitious and hip youths and Imperial Leather, the brand that provides luxurious bathing and personal care experience for all the family, this edition is sure to take on aspiring female models with extra talent, aspiring designers and performers; such that by the time grand finale event rolls by on Sunday 11th September 2016, their talents would have been sharpened and will then be showcased on the big stage at the Federal Palace Hotel & Casino.

The first and second edition created more than a buzz in the Nigerian fashion and entertainment industry, while empowering and inspiring the African youths to believe in their dreams and work hard towards achieving them as everything is possible if you Dare2Dream.

This year's selected universities can expect to be lit by the D2D production team which will be coming with FCMB Flexx, Imperial Leather, Canoe and Maybelline.

The Dare2Dream team will visit 3 federal universities in the western and southern part of Nigeria, searching for the country’s next best thing to be casted on the main stage.

  • UniLag on 22nd to 24th August, Afe Babalola Hall
  • UniPort from 25th to 27th August, New Crab Hall, Abuja Campus
  • UniCal from the 29th to the 31st August, New Art Theatre, Main Campus

Six girls will be selected from each university and they will fly to Lagos by Dana Air to a bootcamp where they will be for a period of 10 days; getting their skills honed, being dared to become a better version of themselves, going through trainings, mentorship programs, and getting refined to stand out as gold.

While some of them will unfortunately be eliminated based on their skills and performances, the experience is still sure to be very rewarding in more ways than one. It promises to challenge and empower young women.

On the 10th day, the 4 finalists will be given the opportunity to perform in front of a distinguished jury, the media, and of course, a truly amazing audience.

The winner of this season goes home with a cash prize, becomes the brand ambassador for FCMB Flexx, and gets a chance to work on a real world project in the modelling and entertainment industry!!! Fabulous news, right?

D2D Season 3 sees two other leading brands, Imperial Leather, the luxurious cleansing personal car brand and Canoe, the high quality, proudly Nigerian laundry brand joining the Dare2Dream team and furthering the cause of scouting and recruiting young, intelligent, hardworking and future influencers during the university tour.

Also on the tour is Maybelline New York as the official Make-up sponsor of Dare2Dream Season3 with vast experience in beauty and fashion world.

The episodes will document the journey and experience of the participants; their dreams, their fears and how they overcome them.

D2D will be aired both on EbonyLifeTV, Africa Magic, WazobiaTV, Wazobia Max and online: Bella Naija and Pulse.ng; in order to inspire the new generation and show the world a different and more amazing image of the Nigerian youths.

The project team includes national and international stylists, event organizers, fashion bloggers, cinematographers, makeup artists, hair stylists and others who will work from the beginning to the end to create another great inspiring show.
