A Muslim woman has offered tips on having
The anonymous lady shared her perspective in a book titled: ‘The Muslimah Sex Manual: A Halal Guide to Mind-Blowing Sex,’ DailyMail reports.
Writing under the name Umm Muladhat, the Muslimah explore topics like kissing, sexting, oral sex, positions, myths about Muslim sex, and even strip-tease.
On kissing, she writes, "Start by making eye contact with your husband. Give him a small smile and a light touch before beginning the actual kiss. Maybe put your hand on his face or touch his leg. Make him anticipate the kiss..."
How it all started
She revealed her inspiration on her website, where she says that she got the idea after a married acquaintance shared her sex struggles.
Muladhat writes: “Her sex life was horrible. In fact, it was fast becoming non-existent. She had been a model Muslimah her entire life. Before marriage, she had never so much as held a non-mahram’s hand, let alone become physically intimate with one. She didn’t know what he liked. She didn’t even know what she liked.”
She said she put down everything she knew in a document and sent it to the lady. This was the beginning of her journey to becoming an author.
“I wrote down everything I told her on a Word document and emailed it to her. She shared it with her friends who were newly married. They shared it with their friends. Before long, word trickled back to me that people were asking me to write a book on the subject," she said.

Her goal with this book is to enlighten Muslim women and help them embrace their sexuality.
“Guilt associated with sex is drummed into women from childhood,” she explained. “It’s portrayed as something dirty where women’s sexuality is often controlled.”
Speaking with The Observer, Muladhat adds: “I put an emphasis on having sex only with your spouse, but having the full range of sexual experiences with that spouse."
“Islamically, there’s an emphasis on enjoying physical relationships within the context of marriage, not just for procreation. It is the wife’s right that her husband satisfies her sexually.”
This book was released on July 2, 2017.
