Actor accuses ex wife of attempting to kidnap daughter

The 'Fast & Furious' star claims, in new legal documents, that his ex's decision to take his 7-yr-old child to Israel on vacation could mean he won't see his child again!

Tyrese has filed fresh legal document to stop his ex wife from snapping up their daughter to Israel, where he claims she might never return.

The 'Fast & Furious' star is now pleading with the judge to not allow Norma Gibson's decision to take 7-year-old Shayla to Israel on vacation come March 27.

Reports say Norma is an Israeli citizen and under the law, she's allowed to stay in Israel permanently and the country won't do anything to help the other parent.

Tyrese is worried sick his ex-wife is going to take their child away from him permanently.

The 'Baby Boy' star tried to get Norma to sign a contract promising to return Shayla by a certain date and if she violated the deal she'd lose custody. Norma refused to sign, TMZ reports.

The matter is now before a family court mediator who will set the ground rules.
