Rapper fails to acquire $10million mansion due to money problems

The rapper is having serious problems with his latest house purchase as he is reported to be unable to close the deal on the property since packing out of Kylie's $2.3 million mansion last week.

Tyga facing money problems?

Tyga is proving unable to afford the $10 million mansion he'd planned to get close to his beloved rich girlfriend, Kylie Jenner,  her mother Kris and sister Kim; despite buying her a $320,000 Ferrari as birthday gift in August.

New reports claim the rapper is having serious problems with his latest purchase as he is reported to be unable to close the deal on the property since moving outof Kylie's $2.3 million mansion last week.

According to TMZ the 'Rack City' hit-maker, 26, has put an offer down on the lavish 8 bedroom property, but has stalled multiple times on completing the deal for the pad in Calabasas due to financial reasons.

The rapper is said to have cited everything from being on the road to not getting paid as reasons why he has so far failed to come up with money needed to purchase the property, claims the site.

However, Tyga's latest property investment might have been stalled by the turbulent turn his relationship with Kylie has taken in recent weeks. The couple's year-long relationship - which they only confirmed in August - was reported to have hit the rocks over 'something' he did earlier this month according to TMZ.

After being dumped on his birthday, Tyga quickly released an expletive-laden track called 'Happy Birthday', which he recorded on the day itself. The lyrics appear to be firing directly towards the break-up, not least as it starts: 'Think I'm worried 'bout a rumor?' before apparently calling her 'lame.'
