People still love Toyin Aimakhu and Adeniyi Johnson. Do you want to see them back together?

Adeniyi Johnson and Toyin Aimakhu

On Friday, April 1, 2016 Pulse pulled a prank by publishing an April Fools' Day story claiming that former couple Toyin Aimakhu and Adeniyi Johnsonhad gotten back together.

Surprisingly the story is doing very well days after it was originally published on the site. The popularity of the story shows that people are still very much interested in the ex-lovers.

Is there any chance of Toyin Aimakhu and Adeniyi Johnson who are now separated on getting back together?

Last year November the 31-year-old actress stated that she is done with marriage. She said "I don’t think I would want to get married again. I have tried it and it didn’t work. I just want to focus on my career for now."

She made this statement when she was in a relationship with the CEO of Ebony Films Seun Egbegbe. Their romance was however brief and controversial.

After rumours of domestic violence and kidnap Toyin Aimakhu publicly disassociated herself from him. This move angered the movie producer.

In an interview with the Best of Nollywood Seun Egbegbe said "I gave her the best to make her happy and I don’t know why she will repay my love, kindness and all with all this defamation of character and destruction of my name."

He later threatened to have her boycotted in the Yoruba movie industry. "I am saying this for the first time, it’s over between Toyin Aimakhu and I, and I mean it. And I am also using this medium to warn all movie producers to stay away from her. Anybody that deals with her, the person is on his or her own. And I will act appropriately" he threatened.

Adeniyi Johnson seems to have moved on with his life. He has refused to make statements about his separated wife to the press. He has also been seen with a couple of women that have been speculated to be dating but nothing concrete has come forth.

The movie industry was happy for Johnson and Aimakhu when they got married in 2013. Their marriage however turned out to be rocky. Early 2015 it seemed their marriage was headed for divorce only for them to make up. Later that year things went bad from worse when Toyin Aimakhu left her husband after she found out that he was flirting with her one of the members of her staff.

After what has transpired between them, do you want to see Toyin Aimakhu and Adeniyi Johnson to come back?
