Why she's refusing to fall deep for Travis Scott

Rihanna desperately trying to take trhings slow with rumored beau, Travis Soctt, for fear he may turn out to be another Chris Brown

Rihanna is reportedly making a conscious effort to not fall hard and fast for rapper, producer and songwriter Travis Scott. Reports claim the pop star is afraid he could turn out to be just like her exes: Chris Brown and Drake.

The 27-year-old has been linked to the 23-year-old producer since August and have been spotted kissing in nightclubs but sources say Barbadian beauty desperately wants to take things slow.

"Rihanna is trying not to let herself fall for Travis. She’s afraid to ever let herself be vulnerable again the way she was with Chris Brown, and she sees a lot of Chris in Travis. They are both cocky, alpha, and have tons of swagger, especially with the ladies. However, Rihanna adores Travis for the same reasons she fears him!" the source says.

"Rihanna likes to think of herself as this badass bitch, who no man can tame, but all that came apart when she was with Chris. She was crying all the time, letting him cheat on her and then taking him back, calling him and texting him obsessively," the source adds.

Although RiRi hasn't been shy about how she feels about Brown, she is also employing other tactics to make sure she doesn’t get her heart broken again. “She’s maintaining flirtations with other guys just to shield herself from getting too caught up in Travis, but truth be told, she does have a pretty big crush on him!” the source further explains.
