Nick Cannon also mentioned that he is embracing lifestyle on the Ellen DeGeneres show on Wednesday, December 9, 2015.
“I'm being celibate. I'm trying to work on myself. No sex right now!" he declared on the popular talk show.
Nick Cannon also spoke about the cordial relationship he has with his ex-wife Mariah Carey. He disclosed that he would love to meet Mariah Carey’s boyfriend billionaire James Packer. "We'll always be family" he said.

The actor/rapper talked about his twins who he calls “Thing 1”, and “Thing 2.”
In September it was rumoured that Nick Cannon was dating 'America's Next Top Model' contestant Winnie Harlow.
