Singer sued for jumping on fan at Billboard Music Awards 2013

Cindy Tsai is suing for damages and is asking for compensation on medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering.

Miguel

Miguel will have to ask his lawyer first before diving on the heads of fans when next he's performing on any stage.

The reason is because he's been sued by a fan for crash landing on her while he was killing it on stage at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas.

One woman he jumped on claims she was injured as result of Miguel's infamous falied stage leap.

Cindy Tsai says her head hit the catwalk hard when Miguel came up short and landed on her head.

Cindi isn't sueing Miguie alone but also MGM Grand Hotel where the event was hosted. She claims they were negligent.

Now, she's asking for compensation on medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering.

Miguel or his management are yet to comment on this.
