Actress to pay spousal support to ex husband, Brian Green

Actor Brian Austin Green will ‘almost certainly’ get spousal support from his estranged wife Megan Fox when the couple divorce.

As it stands now, Megan Fox could be asked to pay spousal support to estranged husband and actor, Brian Austin Green when they finally get a divorce.

According to TMZ, the former Beverly Hills, 90210 star has not been working much since he was involved in a serious car accident last December, and this will be a major factor when it comes to spousal support.

Megan and Brian were hit by a drunk driver in a head-on collision and while the pair were not injured, it has been claimed that the incident triggered a medical condition called Vertigo.

Vertigo is a symptom rather than an actual condition itself but it has a major impact on one’s balance creating the sensation that the person, or the environment around them, is moving or spinning.

A source told the site that Brian often can’t even get out of bed and so has not been able to work since the accident meaning there will be a large disparity between how much the pair earn.

We previously reported that Megan filed for divorce from the Anger Management star after five years of marriage.
