Mariah Carey is ready to move on with new billionaire boyfriend, James Packer but her ex, Nick Cannon seems to be holding her back.

The 'Hero' hitmaker was potted this week having dinner with her divorce lawyers to come up with a strategy to put the screws to Nick who's reportedly being dragging his feet in their divorce.

Sources claim the mother-of-two has assured Packer that she'll be free to marry him soon.

TMZ reports say after getting a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame [August 5], Carey went to dinner with divorce-queen Laura Wasser and fellow lawyer, Melanie Mandles. The site adds that they were looking for pressure points to make Nick seal the deal on the divorce. Its said it's all about money and there's no doubt she'll have the lion's share of custody of the twins.

While Nick claims 'never say never' on a possible reconciliation with his ex wife, Mariah may have found her next 'hero' in the fourth richest man in Austria!
