Kylie Jenner is getting closer to becoming an Instagram queen. The 18-year-old star just celebrated 40 million followers on Instagram!

Kylie posted a picture of her wearing a crown to celebrate her milestone. She cationed: "40 million followers???!!!!!!!!!! Wow. That's a whole lot of people. I put up an exclusive @sashasamsonova shoot in honor of my dope ass fans only on TheKylieJenner.com and on my app."

Kylie still runs behind Kim Kardashian who is currently having 49.7 million. Kendall Jenner is next with 39.2 million followers. Khloe Kardashian comes in fourth place with 34.3 million followers. Kourtney Kardashian is last with 27.1 million followers. Momager, Kris Jenner has the least - 8.9 million followers.

Despite Kylie's big step, the entire Kardashian-Jenner clan still trail behind pop star Taylor Swift who has 52 million followers. Last moth Instagram crowned her the celebrity with the highest followership on the picture site above Kim and Beyonce.
