August Alsina Faints On Stage

Eye witnesses claim he was left alone on the floor untill security guards came to his rescure

Right in the middle of what appeared to be a great performance in New York, singer August Alsina fainted.

The BET Awards winner apparently dropped off stage as he walked towards an excited crowd during his 'Testimony Live' concert at the Irving Plaza in Manhattan.

In an Instagram video released early Teusday morning, Alsina was left untouchable after he collasped into the crowd utill security guards rushed to the scene. He was quickly carried backstage where the paramedics attended to him immediately.Eye witnesses say August was taken out on a stretcher to a near by hospital, but was alert enough to wave to fans on his way out. It's unclear what his condition is now.

But hours after the incident, the singer uploaded photos on set of his forthcoming video - No Love remix - with Nicki Minaj on his Instagram page (side photo).

We hope he's doing better now. He isn't the first artiste to faint in his concert grownd lately. Rapper Kid Cudi reportedly collapsed while signing autographs at his concert ground in Chicago on September 1st.
