According to TMZ, sources connected to Amber Heard’s case think Johnny will take the fifth because he would be too scared to raise any doubts that could get him prosecuted for domestic violence in court.

As earlier reported, Amber Heard rejected the $50,000 for eight months spousal support offer by Johnny Depp over mutual restraining order which the court hearing is due for Friday, June 17, 2016.
