David Justice, who was married to Halle Berry from '92 to '97, says he never laid a finger on his ex-wife like she claims. In fact he blames her for starting rumors that he was abusive in their marriage!

Just days after she publically announced she's ending her third marriage to French actor, Olivier Martinez, actress Halle Berry is in deep waters with her first husband, who claims she's spread lies about what really caused their divorce.

David Justice, who was married to Halle from '92 to '97, says he never laid a finger on his ex-wife like she claims. In fact he blames her for starting rumors that he was abusive in their marriage; claiming she made it a mission to destroy his character after their split!

The former Atlanta Brave star went into a Twitter rant on November 2 saying he's been wrongly misidentified as the "famous former boyfriend" who attacked her in the past. While sending out a warning to Martinez that Berry's 'Hollywood Team' will try to destroy him like they did to him, Justice tweeted:
